Preserving freedom of religion is fundamental to liberty. If the government interferes with your religious beliefs or efforts to express your religion, we have your back.

We enforce other constitutional rights protected by the Bill of Rights such as the Due Process Clause, Equal Protection Clause, the right to bear arms, and privacy rights under the Fourth Amendment.
